I attended the “From Prompt to Outcome” workshop and found it useful to see AI applied to a real operational case rather than a polished demo. Viet was knowledgeable and engaging, and the session introduced me to features like Skills, Connectors, Plugins and context that I probably wouldn’t have explored on my own. I also found the prompt examples especially helpful as practical references. Son was responsive and thoughtful in organising the session.
